I've been at the Haven for 3 years now and love it. Johnny and his staff are very helpful and really nice. I recently had a maintenance issue and they were on it. Shout out to Eric! He was very nice, fast, helpful, and most of all super sweet to my dog.

I lived in a studio apartment here throughout 2022. The front office staff rocks. Super friendly & helpful. Any maintenance issues were handled and in good time. Unit had newer appliances all in working order. Rental rates were solid for me. In walking distance: a Sprouts, a Starbucks, and a decent walking/biking trail. This is an unpaid, unprompted review. We were in a position where we needed to rent an apartment sight unseen as we were out of state. Darrian was truly a blessing. She went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of during the application process and ensured our move in went perfectly (we flew into Dallas and moved in the next day after arriving). Such a gorgeous property! I fell in love with their modern appearance and the amenities def pulled me in. The apartments are so spacious, and OH MY GOSH, the kitchens are to die for. On top of that, the staff is very helpful and welcoming. The assistant manager Johnny Mendez could answer all my questions without hesitation and his professional demeanor is so impressive.
