I lived in a studio apartment here throughout 2022. The front office staff rocks. Super friendly & helpful. Any maintenance issues were handled and in good time. Unit had newer appliances all in working order. Rental rates were solid for me. In walking distance: a Sprouts, a Starbucks, and a decent walking/biking trail. This is an unpaid, unprompted review. We were in a position where we needed to rent an apartment sight unseen as we were out of state. Darrian was truly a blessing. Such a gorgeous property! I fell in love with their modern appearance and the amenities def pulled me in. The apartments are so spacious, and OH MY GOSH, the kitchens are to die for. On top of that, the staff is very helpful and welcoming. The assistant manager Johnny Mendez could answer all my questions without hesitation and his professional demeanor is so impressive.
